This is the second time I have used this company and again top-notch service. This time my controller for my water softener wasn't working anymore and assumed the worst that it would need a very expensive replacement as it is 14 yrs. old. After reassuring me that just probably needed some replacement parts they repaired the unit, checked the other unit and all was back up and running in no time at all. Super nice, know how to use a phone for appointment updates and very fair in pricing. A very good experience!

My water softener needed to be repaired and this is the only company I spoke with that did not want to sell me a complete new system. They actually said that it can be repaired and so I made the appointment to have them come to the house. Very knowledgeable about their work, courteous and very reasonably priced. Again, I really appreciated the fact that they did not use a high-pressure sales pitch to sell me a new unit and actually said they can and would repair my unit. From my first contact phone call to their office to the complete repair took less than 36 hrs. That is SERVICE! Great customer service!
